These Terms and Conditions govern the Freewill Athleisure Founding Member Program. By registering for the program or completing a qualifying purchase, you agree to be bound by these rules.
1. Membership Eligibility & Enrollment
- Registration Requirement: To be eligible, individuals must register on the official landing page on or before February 14. Registration will be closed after this date.
- Qualifying Purchase: Following registration, candidates must receive a 30% discount code via email (sent within 48 hours of the registration deadline). To qualify for Founding Status, a member must make a minimum purchase of AED 500 and successfully apply the 30% discount code at checkout.
- Selection Process: Recognition as a "Founding 100 Member" is awarded strictly to the first 100 confirmed purchasers who meet the minimum spend and discount code requirements.
- Individual Participation: Membership is limited to one per person and one email address to prevent bulk collection or abuse. The program is open only to individuals, not groups or associations.
2. Founding Member Status & Recognition
- Numbered Identity: Each of the first 100 members will be assigned a permanent, unique number (#001–100) based on their order sequence.
- Digital Certification: A unique digital certificate of membership will be emailed to the member within 24 hours of their qualifying purchase.
- Sealed Legacy: Once the 100th member is confirmed, the Founding Member list will be sealed forever; no further founding numbers or associated perks will be issued to future customers.
3. Member Benefits & Perks
- The Founders’ Key (Early Access): Founding Members receive a 48-hour head start to shop every future brand drop before the general public, ensuring first pick of colors, styles, and limited editions.
- Lifetime Discount: Members receive a permanent, reusable discount code valid for all future orders. This code is for exclusive use by the member and is not exchangeable for cash.
- Transferability: Founding Member status is tied to the initial qualifying purchase. If the item is purchased as a gift, the status and associated perks may be transferred to the recipient.
4. Fraud Prevention & Termination
- Abuse Policy: Freewill Athleisure reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership if fraud, abuse of privileges, or violation of these terms is detected.
- Account Integrity: Points or status will not be awarded for fraudulent transactions or if the minimum purchase requirement is subverted through returns that bring the net value below AED 500.
5. Limitation of Liability & Modifications
- Right to Modify: The company reserves the right to modify, scale, or terminate the program or its specific perks at any time to adapt to business needs.
- Technical Failures: No responsibility is assumed for technical malfunctions, lost emails, or site failures that may affect a user's ability to register or be among the first 100 purchasers.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disagreements arising from this program shall be resolved according to the laws of the applicable jurisdiction (UAE).
6. Data Protection
- Privacy Consent: By enrolling, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for program administration in accordance with our Privacy Statement. We ensure all data handling remains GDPR compliant where applicable.
Disclaimer
- Limited Participation: Founding Member status is strictly limited to the first 100 confirmed purchasers of the inaugural drop and will not be offered again once this limit is reached.
- Program Modification: Freewill Athleisure reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, its associated perks, or these terms at any time to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Technical Failures: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company assumes no responsibility or liability for technical malfunctions, site failures, lost emails, or other occurrences that may impact a user's ability to register or be among the first 100 purchasers.
- No Monetary Value: All membership rewards, including the unique founding number and permanent discount code, have no monetary value and are not exchangeable for cash.
- Final Decision-Maker: The company remains the final decision-maker in all cases, claims, and situations connected with the administration of this program and the interpretation of its rules.
